8 oz Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons One & Done Onion Spice Blend

Mix all ingredients, rest and chill before serving.

1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3-4 Tablespoons Rugged Ranch Spice Blend

Mix all ingredients then rest and chill in the fridge a few hours before serving

2lb Lamb Shoulder Roast
4 Carrots
1 Medium Onion
6 Quartered Potatoes- Small Roasting Size
2 Apples, chopped
Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons Rustlers Rub Spice Blend
1 Dried Serrano Pepper
Salt and Pepper

Chop carrots, onion, potatoes, apples and pepper and place in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
Lightly score roast and drizzle with olive oil. Rub in 2 teaspoons of Rustlers Rub and sprinkle remainder on veggies. 
Turn on low and let cook all day.
